The competition has successfully concluded for the circulation pump series for wall-hung gas boilers, and in the future, more skill competitions will be held for other product series. Under the guidance of strengthening corporate ethical construction and enhancing employees' self-discipline and integrity consciousness, Shinhoo team visit the Anhui Province Ethics Education Center on November 20th to conduct a warning education activity. Leaders from various departments and employee representatives actively participated, exploring the path of integrity together.   "Respecting integrity and advocating purity is essential for the prosperity of both the nation and an enterprise. With integrity as our governing principle, we strive for a prosperous era." Whether in national governance or corporate management, "integrity" is a crucial core value. The aim of this event is to call upon all employees to maintain a clear mind, uphold the bottom line of integrity, and contribute to the company's development.   On the day of the activity,  they visited four exhibition halls: "Discipline-based Party Building and Strict Party Governance," "Integrity Nurtures the Jianghuai Region and Propels Clean Winds," "Taking Cases as Examples with Continuous Alarm Bells," and "Never Forget the Initial Aspiration and Maintain Perpetual Integrity." Together, they watched a special promotional film titled "Forever On the Road." The vivid display boards, realistic scene reproductions, sincere repentance handwritten notes, comprehensively reviewed the illustrious journey of the Chinese Communist Party's century-long discipline construction and showcased the achievements of the Anhui Province Ethics and Integrity Construction. The employees gained a profound understanding of the importance of integrity and the severe consequences of violations and misconduct. The cultivation of an atmosphere of integrity requires our collective effort. This ethical education event is not only an educational endeavor for our thoughts but also a call to action and a demonstration of responsibility. Shinhoo held its on-site day event on November 11th, showcasing its dedication to frontline production and reiterating the importance of safety.   During the event, the company's general management and department leaders visited the workshop , gaining comprehensive insights into the company's operational process. They closely examined the production and testing equipment, as well as the advancements in technology and processes. Engaging in discussions with the production departments, they identified areas for improvement, emphasizing the need for more rigorous product sampling, standardized tooling identification, and increased promotion and demonstration of innovative processes.   During the conference, General Manager Han Zongmei emphasized the swift resolution of safety-related issues, urging everyone to prioritize safety and implement it in their actions.   Vice General Manager Huang Yafang highlighted the significance of strengthening communication with frontline workers in detecting potential issues and optimizing cost-effectiveness. She called for enhanced collaboration among different departments, advocating for a deep understanding of frontline production and effective supervision of frontline management. These efforts aim to foster overall team progress, carry forward the company's excellent traditions, maximize core competitiveness, and accelerate innovation and development. Keep operation If the control system has this function, you can choose not to stop operation 4.Add antifreeze to the medium The common antifreeze component is ethylene glycol. According to the ambient temperature, add the appropriate proportion of ethylene glycol Before starting the pump in winter, please pay attention to whether the water pump has been frozen. If you find that the water pump has frozen and can not start, do not force the pump to start repeatedly, pouring hot water into the pump to melt the ice, or heating the pump housing. If you find that the water pump has been cracked, turn off the power, and contact your local dealer in time!

On October 15, 2024, the 136th Canton Fair, known as the world's premier international trade event, opened in Guangzhou. As a historical event lasting for more than 60 years, Canton Fair attracts buyers and exhibitors from all over the world with its open and inclusive concept. In this exhibition, Shinhoo displayed intelligent circulation pumps that attracted the attention of buyers.   A series of high-tech circulation pumps, including high efficiency circulation pumps, heat pumps circulation pumps and domestic hot water pumps, were displayed at the booth of Shinhoo.
