Shinhoo Successfully Convenes the Fifth Reform Assembly
Aug 14, 2024On 8 August 2024, the 5th Shinhoo Reform Conference was successfully held in a warm and exciting atmosphere. With the theme of "All Things in Order, Moving Towards the New", the conference brought together more than 200 group leaders and employee representatives to witness the direction of Shinhoo's development in the face of continuous change in the future.
In the opening speech, Deputy General Manager Huang Ya Fang reviewed the achievements of Shinhoo in recent years and looked forward to the future path of reform. She emphasized the importance of innovation, collaboration and commitment, calling for innovation at the company level, inter-departmental collaboration and individual commitment to help Shinhoo continue to scale new heights.
Afterwards, relevant personnel from each section made a thematic report. General Manager Han Zongmei spoke, emphasizing the importance of the company's move towards sustainable development and elaborating on the business policies of sales change, product leadership, efficiency breakthrough and platform empowerment.
Yang Ji, Director of R&D Centre, introduced in detail the family and series system of pump products, as well as the innovations in design, drive, simulation, motor and test of the standardized process.
Cheng Rui, Director of Foreign Trade Department 2, deeply analyzed the challenges and opportunities faced by Shinhoo, and put forward the strategy of "Brand Going Overseas" of localized operation + global step-by-step layout.
Qi Yunpeng, Director of Quality Assurance Department, put forward a three-year plan for quality construction, emphasizing the importance of changing from post-disposal to preventive control and from quality inspection to quality management.
Lv Yanlong, Vice Minister of the Self-made Parts Project Department, said that the three major self-made parts workshops should be intelligent and advanced to build digital and intelligent workshops and become the industry benchmark.
Li Jun, Director of Finance Department, explained the road of industry and finance integration of Shinhoo, and put forward the goal of realizing the informatization of financial data and establishing a cost management system based on the value chain.
Yu Lu, head of Marketing Management Section, explained the course and direction of Shinhoo brand development through multiple perspectives, and emphasized the brand development idea of "orderly development of the brand, and moving towards the new in the future".
The reports of each department demonstrated in-depth thinking and concrete planning, and also reflected the high degree of synergy and co-operation among the team, laying a solid foundation for the company's future reform practice.
During the lunch break, Deputy General Manager Huang Yafang answered the questions of the staff on the spot and announced the implementation of a number of welfare adjustments, fully reflecting the company's people-oriented management philosophy.
Chairman Han Yuanping summarized the meeting by stressing the importance of self-drive, commitment and efficiency, and called on every Shinhoo person to develop professionalism and quality in their own positions, contribute to the company's reform and build the world-renowned "Shinhoo" brand.
