On 8 August 2024, the 5th Shinhoo Reform Conference was successfully held in a warm and exciting atmosphere. With the theme of "All Things in Order, Moving Towards the New", the conference brought together more than 200 group leaders and employee representatives to witness the direction of Shinhoo's development in the face of continuous change in the future. In the opening speech, Deputy General Manager Huang Ya Fang reviewed the achievements of Shinhoo in recent years and looked forward to the future path of reform. She emphasized the importance of innovation, collaboration and commitment, calling for innovation at the company level, inter-departmental collaboration and individual commitment to help Shinhoo continue to scale new heights. Cheng Rui, Director of Foreign Trade Department 2, deeply analyzed the challenges and opportunities faced by Shinhoo, and put forward the strategy of "Brand Going Overseas" of localized operation + global step-by-step layout. Qi Yunpeng, Director of Quality Assurance Department, put forward a three-year plan for quality construction, emphasizing the importance of changing from post-disposal to preventive control and from quality inspection to quality management. Lv Yanlong, Vice Minister of the Self-made Parts Project Department, said that the three major self-made parts workshops should be intelligent and advanced to build digital and intelligent workshops and become the industry benchmark. Li Jun, Director of Finance Department, explained the road of industry and finance integration of Shinhoo, and put forward the goal of realizing the informatization of financial data and establishing a cost management system based on the value chain. Yu Lu, head of Marketing Management Section, explained the course and direction of Shinhoo brand development through multiple perspectives, and emphasized the brand development idea of "orderly development of the brand, and moving towards the new in the future".
