Installation and safety instructions
1. The pumped liquid may be high-temperature and high-pressure liquid. Before moving and disassembling the pump, the liquid in the system must be drained or the stop valves on both sides of the pump must be closed to avoid burns.
2. In winter, when the medium is clean water, if the pump system is not running or the ambient temperature is lower than 0°C, the liquid in the pipeline system should be drained to avoid freezing and cracking of the pump body.
3. If the pump is not used for a long time, please close the water pipe valve at the inlet and outlet of the pump and cut off the power supply of the pump. If you find that the motor is hot or abnormal, please immediately close the valve at the inlet end of the pump, cut off the power supply of the pump, and contact your local dealer or service center immediately.
4. This product should be placed out of the reach of children. After installation, isolation measures should be taken to prevent children from touching it.
5. The installation direction of the water pump is that the axial direction of the pump is horizontal.
6. The water pump needs to be installed to prevent rain, water, exposure and other places.
7. The water pump cannot directly collide with hard objects.
8. It is forbidden to run the water pump without water to prevent the wear and tear of the mechanical seal, or even burn the machine.
9. The pumped liquid is thin, clean, non-corrosive and non-explosive liquid, does not contain any fiber or mineral oil, and the diameter and length of solid particles are ≤0.1mm, and the volume ratio is ≤0.1%. The pump must not For conveying flammable liquids such as vegetable oil and gasoline. If the pump is used in a situation with high viscosity, the performance of the pump will be reduced, so when selecting a pump, the viscosity of the liquid medium to be transported should be considered.
Performance curve
This performance curve is suitable for normal temperature water, such as pump for non-water medium, the hydraulic performance of the pump will be reduced , therefore ,in the selection of pump, must consider the characteristics of the liquid medium.
